
Exercise is the single most important thing you can do to improve your health! Do you need help starting an exercise program, but don’t want to join a gym? LCS Fitness is Falls Church’s only private personal training and yoga studio. Training sessions and classes are by appointment, with no membership fees or long-term contracts. We provide a friendly and comfortable environment for people of all ages and fitness levels.
Personal training is available for individuals, couples, and small groups.
Yoga classes are small and non-competitive. We also offer private yoga classes.
