Yoga at LCS Fitness

A regular Yoga practice provides many benefits including reducing the physical and mental affects of stress; increasing strength in the core and entire body; improving flexibility, balance and posture; reducing stiffness and low-back pain; and improving oxygen uptake.

At LCS Fitness, we offer flow yoga classes that are safe and doable for everyone. Classes are small with an emphasis on personal attention, in a comfortable and non-competitive environment.

Class Schedule
Sunday 6:00–7:00 pm Flow yoga
Monday 5:45–7:00 pm Flow yoga
Thursday 10:00–11:00 am Gentle yoga
Saturday 7:45–9:00 am Power yoga

Private classes are available by appointment.
